How long does shipping normally take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping takes between 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for products that are damaged during transit or if the wrong item was received. Due to the personal nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Absolutely. Conscious Chemist is 100% cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, and all our formulations are vegan, containing no animal-derived ingredients.
Do you use synthetic fragrances in your products?
We prioritize skin health by avoiding harsh synthetic fragrances. Most of our products are fragrance-free, though some may have a mild, natural scent derived from botanical extracts or active ingredients.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes within our service area.
